George Is A Head Of Hoarders Cleanup Division. His duties include speaking to customers in order to understand their needs. As well as the tasks involved to get the jobs done. He also manages our transportation division and is the main man for all our vehicles on the road.
George has years experience in hoarders cleanup industry and prior to working for us in the UK, he has worked In USA for a well regarded biohazard cleaning company.
He is an extremely hardworking and dedicated individual which posses great working responsibilities.
When George Is Not Working. He Usually Spends Time In Norway With His Parents.
Gross Filth Cleaning Department
Ben is an active member of our business and deals with social housing as well as with landlords both on residential and commercial arena. Ben has worked as an Extreme Cleaner when he started his career over 22 years ago and he never looked back.
He is extremely kind and polite and he is the one which ensures all such extreme cleaning services are provided with respect and in discreet manner.
Ben heads a team of 8 staff members which are always happy to take instructions from Ben. He is a great employee of the company and a great person in general.
Ben usually helps families in dire need of restoration. From Gross Filth Cleaning to House Clearance, He works hand in hand with other staff within the company and ensures all operations go smooth. He as we all say is a gentle giant but is a really softie!
He watches movies in his spare time and has probably the gigantic music collection.
Here, There And Everywhere
Stephen has been working for many years now with the administration side of the business and has an excellent understanding of accounts and payroll and now, following on from gaining his 2:1 Degree in Business, is learning the business.
Working with Senior Members and the rest of the operations team, Stephen will learn about the cleaning side and work with the most important people, our cleaning teams.
It’s going to take a while to get a good understanding but it’s the only, and best way to learn. Stephen has just completed the IOSH qualification in managing safely. When not at work, Stephen loves his football and (when he gets fit following ACL surgery) he’ll get back to playing centre half and possibly back to coaching junior football somewhere as he also has his Class 1 coaching badge. Stephen has been at the forefront of the fight against Covid19 and has been heavily involved in deep cleans.
General Manager Of Operations
Michael joined us as an Area Supervisor in 2005 and quickly gained promotion to Operations Manager due to his fantastic work ethic, eye for detail and people management skills in to our operations team.
It wasn’t long before Michael took on the responsibility of running the operations side of the business and he does this brilliantly. Hugely respected by colleagues across the business as well as by our clients. On the 1st September 2014 we announced that Michael has now become our new General Manager, recognition for a job expertly done.
In his 15th year with us, Michael is as enthusiastic as ever, “It’s a big family and we work so hard to ensure the operatives are fully supported and the clients are happy with everything we do. Going above and beyond is what we excel at and our team of operations managers, area supervisors work so well together to make sure the specialist cleaning teams can deliver the quality service we’re so proud of.”

Elizabeth is originally from Angola in Africa. She’s been residing in UK for just over 24 years. She has worked in cleaning sector for just over 22 years. She closely works with our industrial and commercial cleaning customers.
Elizabeth is very hardworking and dedicated individual which adds a lot of value as well as ensures smooth operations within a very compatible industry.
Prior to joining biohazard cleaning company, she has worked as a biohazard cleaner for a very large business and has dealt with thousands of crime scene cleanups, hoarders cleanups, as well as unattended death cleanups.
In her spare time, she cooks some of the loveliest traditional African food which we all love!
Head Of Software, IT And Cyber Security
John is the youngest in our office and probably the brightest. He love fixing computers, printers, mobile applications and is the main person behind all our websites and software.
He’s the top man, when our printers are not printing or for some reason there’s issues with incoming or outgoing emails. He manages and fixes invoicing software and job scheduling software
He also ensures our online websites are safe, secure and operating without a glitch.
John also makes best coffee. During our early morning meetings, he’s the one making sure, we all get coffee!
When John’s not at work, he’s still working from home. He’s a passionate cyclist and love swimming.
Irina Is Our Sales Manager. She’s Originally From Australia And Been Residing In UK For Just Over 4 Years. This has been Irina’s First Job In UK And She Has Over 8 Years Sales and Marketing Experience In Similar Jobs In Australia.
Irina Usually Deals With Business To Business Clients And She’s Always Visiting Them Or On The Phone With Them. She Also Helps Our Accounts Staff Time To Time.
She Loves To Go Out For Long Walks And She Loves Our Great British Tea – She Admits!
Silvia Is Our HR Manager. She Manages Interviews, Hiring And Employment. She Also Closely Works With New Recruits And Arranges Trainings. She’s The One Which Is Always In The Office Before All Of Us. She Loves To Read, Write and Hence She’s Always Stuck With Lots Of Paper Work.
Silvia loves international music and speaks 6 languages.
When Silvia is not working, She’s Always In Mexico. She Never Gets Tired Of Mexico And Cuba.
Petra Is Head Of Deep Cleaning, End Of Tenancy Cleaning And Carpet And Upholstery Cleaning. She Has Served The Cleaning Industry For Just Over 14 Years. She Brings A Lots Of Expertise, Passion And Dedication To Our Business.
Petra Loves Asian Food And She Actually Cooks Some Of The Best Asian Food Out There! She Lives With Her Mother And Father And Have A Persian Cat.
Monica Is Originally From Poland But Been Residing In UK For Just Over 15 Years. She Adds A Lots Of Value To Our Team And Is Always Busy Speaking To Customers, Sending Customers Emails, Sorting The Billing And Generally Just Hands On Anything!

Lucas have been in specialist cleaning industry for just over 14 years. He has served the business in different roles. He posses great cleaning industry specialisations. Lucas heads biohazard cleaning division on both domestic and commercial grade.
Lucas has also taken specialist training in Asbestos and Hazardous Waste Handling. He heads a team of 14 staff, all lovely people which love to help our customers across UK.
He loves travel and holidaying in South East Asia. A great fan of good food, music, history and all things fun!
He also makes the Best Tea In The Office!
Tony is a team lead of crime scene cleaning department. Tony have worked with range of crime scene cleaning companies across England, Scotland and Wales prior to joining Biohazard Cleaning Company. His main role is to help train staff, ensure safety as well as get the work done. Tony often visits his parents in Canada. When Tony is not working, he spends his time with his son and wife and his dog.
Mark is Biohazard Cleaning Accessor. He has vast experience in biohazard decontamination and have been in crime scene cleaning industry for just over 14 years. When Mark is not working, he usually spends time with his daughter and wife. Mark also spends a lot of time in Lake District and in Cumbria with his parents.
